Welcome to HowCat – thank you for your order! Below you’ll find our full shipping policy regarding processing times, delivery, and return conditions.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer worldwide shipping through trusted courier services. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 2 – 5 business days

  • Europe (EU): 3 – 8 business days

  • International: 7 – 15 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and local delivery services.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


Undeliverable Orders

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if it is not collected from a pickup point, any additional shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [your email or contact page]. Include clear photos of the damage or missing parts. We will provide a suitable solution.


❗ Return Policy (Important)

As our products consist of DIY assembly kits with sealed components, specific return conditions apply:

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and in its original condition.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or whose seal has been broken cannot be returned.

  • In the case of a defective or incorrectly delivered product, we will of course offer a suitable solution. Please contact us within 7 days in such cases.
